The energy performance of buildings (certificates and inspections) (England and Wales) (amendment) regulations 2007 [electronic resource] - Statutory Instrument 2007: 1669 .

Comes into force 2 July 2007. Implements parts of Directive 2002/91/EC regarding air conditioning inspectors, energy performance certificates and energy assessors. Implements this Directive for newly constructed buildings, amending the Building Regulations 2000. Extends the validity of an EPC from three months to 12. Makes allowance for temporary exceptions under the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 2007. Applies the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 to EPCs.
