Reveals that building tender price inflation in London is set to increase by three times the rate of consumer price inflation over the next two years (6.3% in 2008 and 6.5% in 2009), as OIympics projects start to affect prices. Construction output in the fourth quarter of 2006 was up by 1% compared to the third quarter 2006, and 3% compared to the same period in 2005. Total construction output is forecast to increase by 2.5% this year, 2.4% in 2008 and 3.2% in 2009.
