Reports the all property total return increased to 0.9% in June 2007, but year-on-year dropped to 14.2%. A buoyant office sector saw all property rental growth increasing to 0.6%, with capital growth at 0.5%. Capital appreciation in June remained steady, although annual capital growth has decelerated from 12.9% at the end of December 2006 to 8.7% in June.
