The Administration Charges (Summary of Rights and Obligations) (England) Regulations 2007 [electronic resource] - Statutory Instrument 2007: 1258 .

Comes into force 1 October 2007. Introduces regulations stating that landlords who make administrative charges on their tenants have to supply leaseholders with information on their rights regarding these charges. Such information must accompany every demand for payment. Should the landlord fail to do this, leaseholders will have the statutory right to withhold payment.
