The letter which was sent to Chief Planning Officers on 25 July 2007 regarding the planning status of polytunnels. It follows a High Court judgement in 2006. It explains that there are two questions in regard of this. The first is whether a polytunnels represents development. The second is whether, if so, it is permitted development and exempt from planning law requirements.
