Presents research based on a major survey of 47 000 RICS members. Telephone interviews were conducted, and case studies undertaken across three major regions. Finds that property professionals consider sustainability issues highly relevant in their professional work. There is a variety of tools for sustainability used by RICS members globally. Most respondents feel that RICS has been effective in providing useful information. Addresses what barriers remain and how they can be broken down.
