Reports the all property total return dropped to 0.4% in July 2007, the lowest monthly performance since September 2001, and year-on-year eased to 13.2%. The all property capital growth stalled in July, with capital values falling across the board except for central London offices. The annual capital growth fell to 7.8% in July, due to weaker investor demand reducing the pressure on property yields.
