Reports that: interest rates are expected to rise in July as economy remains robust; occupier demand in the commercial property market continued to expand in May pushing up rents 3.8%on the previous year; further evidence emerged this month of a construction industry in good health. The RICS Housing Market Survey shows that house price inflation reverted back to its slowing trend in May, but remains above the Survey's long run average.
