Reveals that the average UK house price in June 2007 was £218 479, up from £214 222 in June 2007. UK annual house price inflation was 12.4%, up from 12.1% in June. In London it was 19.1%, up from 17.5% in June. For the three months to July 2007, annual house price inflation was 11.8% in the UK and 17.0% in London.
