Reports that the average growth per annum on both greenfield and urban land has exceeded the Great Britain average and forecasts that in Scotland greenfield and urban land value growth will exceed the national forecast of 8% and 3% respectively over 2007, reporting that urban land value growth over the first half of 2007 has already exceeded the national forecast.
