Reports that the European office rental index increased by 4.6% over the last quarter and 11% over the year. In the second quarter of 2007 another 1.2 million square metres of new office space was completed across Europe, bringing the total H1 volume to 2.3 million square metres, down 3% compared to the same period in 2006.
