Reports that growth in construction workloads stabilised during the third quarter 2007, with 16% more surveyors reporting a rise than a fall. Steady growth was generally experienced across the industry, except for the infrastructure sector which experienced a slowdown. Scotland once again experienced the fastest increase in workloads, with London and southeast England experiencing the slowest growth. Surveyor's workload expectations for the next 12 months dropped again in the third quarter, although confidence still remains above the long run average.
