Surveys senior executives from 500 European companies on Europe's key business cities. Reports that London is the leading city for business, closely followed by Paris. Identifies four key factors in deciding were to locate are: availability of qualified staff; easy access to markets; customers; clients. Finds the largest factor expected to impact on business over next ten years is business opportunities in Asia, especially China, followed by enlargement of the EU. More than a fifth (22%) of companies surveyed had relocated or outsourced operations to another country in the last 12 months, continuing the annual rising trend found in past surveys. The new EU members continue to be the most favoured destinations.
