Consultation paper seeks views on a proposal to trigger the compulsory registration of title in two new circumstances. The first of these is the appointment of a new trustee of land held in trust, when the appointment is vested in writing or by court vesting order. The second is upon the partitioning of land held in trust amongst the beneficiaries of the trust. Responses are due by 29 February 2008, and can be provided by online questionnaire.
