London Residential Review summer 2007 [electronic resource]
- London Knight Frank 2007
Quarterly review of London's residential sales and lettings markets. Reports that after two years of very strong price growth, price inflation in the London residential market has slowed significantly over the last three months. The credit crunch has impacted upon the city economy initially, which has led to a more restrained market. The wider economy is performing fairly well, with a slowdown of just 0.9% in GDP forecast for next year. However the housing market is hitting difficult times, as a result of tight affordability.
