Comes into force 14 December 2007. Amends the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 2007 (L138557). Allows for the treatment of required household documents, other than the lease, as authorised documents until 1 June 2008. Extends the end of the first day marketing temporary exemption period, as set out in the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 (L137343), until 1 June 2008. Takes account of the transfer of functions to Welsh Ministers as enforced by the Government of Wales Act 2006.
