Reports that the economy grew at its fastest annual pace in over three years between July and September, increasing the annual growth rate to 3.3%. Employment grew by 132 000 in the year to August, representing an increase of 0.3%. Expects employment growth of 1.2% in 2008. Reports that rents in the commercial property market continued to rise in September, although office rents slowed down. Construction sector growth was robust in the third quarter. The number of mortgage products fell by 43% in July.
