In fact office demand was strong this quarter with take up per square metre increasing from the last quarter in twelve out of fourteen cities. Expects Madrid to become the third city to break the one million square metre ceiling at the end of the year. Rental growth continued, but at a slower pace than in previous quarters. Vacancy rates decreased across the board. Overall, expects 2007 to be as good as 2006.
