Finds All Property capital growth fell sharply in October to -14.8%, the lowest on record. Capital values fell 2.3%. All Property rental growth increased by 0.4% in October, a slow-down from 1.3% registered in June. Output and order and order expectations fell sharply in October, notably in the service sector. Equities were the strongest asset class in October with a total return of 4.4% as opposed to 1.0% for gilts.
