Assesses the overall performance of the UK construction sector as good: 74% of firms reported a growth in workload with over half seeing work grow by more than 5%. Finds firms working at an average utilisation rate of 81%, up 3% from 2005. Overseas markets account for 56% of industry turnover, up from 12% in 2006. Firms list skills shortages, delays in payments and fee levels as their top concerns for the second year running.
