Property searches are an integral part of the new Home Information Pack regulations. Aims to address Office of Fair Trading recommendations regarding the availability of raw data; to confirm that all information should be made available to personal searchers and to assist this; to provide an overview of the legislation; and to ensure local authorities do not act anti-competitively.
