Reports that activity in the commercial property sector in December fell at the fastest rate since the Survey began. The Total Commercial Development Activity Index was negative at -15.4% for the second month in a row. Approximately one quarter of construction firms reported a fall in activity, compared to one in ten which reported a rise. Lower activity levels were reported across the board.
