Reports that demand for industrial property is strong in the fourth quarter, with 40% of respondents reporting rising occupation costs. Finds the highest occupation costs to be London Heathrow, Oslo, Dublin and several UK regional cities. Global office markets have done especially well, with 67% of respondents reporting a rise in occupation costs over the second half of 2007. Concludes that the most dynamic office markets are in the Asia Pacific region; London remains the most expensive place for office space. Tables of rents and total occupation costs on a country by country, city by city basis.
