Finds that for the first time in this survey's near ten-year history, new instructions to let properties have declined. Tenant demand for properties continued to grow since December, although at a declining rate. Gross yields increased at their fastest pace since the third quarter of 2005. Landlord sales fell from 6.5% to 4.6%, the lowest level since the second quarter of 2006.
