Reports that Poland remains the largest market, followed by the Czech Republic, with Russia catching up. Russia had the highest investment volume in 2007. Most money invested in real estate is going into offices and retail (82%). The office sector represented 38% of the total volume. There was a further yield compression in the investment market in 2007.
