Expects both European and North American warehouse markets to show modest growth, although less than 2007. However, expects Canada to operate above trend and North American markets linked to energy or agriculture to remain robust. Expects leasing to fall in line with the economic slowdown, but warehouse rents to hold or increase in North America.
