Finds that the mix-adjusted house price was £217 737, up from a revised figure of £221 278 in January 2008. UK annual house price inflation had declined to 6.7% from 8.0% in the previous month. House price inflation in London was 9.5% in February, which shows an increase from January's figure of 13.8%. During the quarter ending in February 2008, UK house prices fell by 0.5%. This compares against a fall of 0.2% for the quarter ending in November 2007. Includes a revision of the mix-adjusted average house price in January 2008 (L142825) to £221 278.
