Finds that the mix-adjusted house price was £217 344, up from £217 089 in February 2008. UK annual house price inflation had declined to 5.2% from 6.3% in the previous month. House price inflation in London was 7.6% in March, which shows a decrease from February's figure of 9.2%. During the quarter ending in February 2008, UK house prices fell by 0.1%. This compares against a fall of 1.0% for the quarter ending in December 2007. Includes a revision of the mix-adjusted average house price in February 2008 (L143249).
