Comes into force 1 June 2008. Extends some exemption periods within the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulation 2007 (L138557) from 1 June 2008 to 1 January 2009. The exemptions relate to leasehold information included within a temporary period, energy information which is unavailable at the first point of marketing, and to first day marketing within a temporary period.
