Presents findings of a monthly survey of the activity and intentions of over 200 UK commercial property developers. 28% of respondents reported a month on month fall in activity, and only 12 % reported a rise, thereby bringing the balance of the survey to its most negative level since it began in 2003. Finds developers pessimistic about the future due to problems with debt sourcing and concerns about prospects for the UK economy. Expects development activity to remain low.
