Reports that available industrial floorspace has increased by only 0.8% since June 2007 to stand at 21.418 million m² in December 2007. Availability of new buildings has risen 7.4% since June 2007, with floorspace in large buildings increasing by 6.5%. This meant that new floorspace accounted for 13.1% of total availability at December 2007, whilst large buildings floorspace accounted for 29.1%. Speculative development under construction fell across the board compared to the previous six months.
