Consultation paper sets out three options currently under consideration for reforming and reinterpreting the system for resolving disputes relating to mobile and park homes. Sets out the current position, with jurisdiction vested in county courts, and outlines the main legislation involved. The three options are a retention of this situation; transfer of these powers to residential property tribunals; and transfer of power to a new dedicated tribunal. Considers the best solution for different jurisdictions. Looks in detail at procedural rules and fee structures. Responses are due by 22 August 2008.
