Finds that the mix-adjusted house price was £218 875, up from £217 344 in March 2008. UK annual house price inflation fell further to 4.9% from 5.2% in the previous month. House price inflation in London was 7.5% in March, which shows a decrease from March's figure of 7.6%. During the quarter ending in April 2008, UK house prices fell by 1%. This compares with a rise of 0.6% for the quarter ending January 2008.
