Reports a further sharp fall in overall commercial development, especially in the private office sector. The Total Commercial Development Activity index rose to -19.7% in May, from -20.8% in April. This figure is the second lowest in the survey's history. In May, the Future Activity index was -30.1%, slightly higher than the previous month.
