The Estate Agents (Redress Scheme) Order 2008 [electronic resource]

Order requires every person who engages in estate agency work in the United Kingdom in relation to residential property to be a member of an approved redress scheme for the purpose of dealing with complaints relating to that work. Estate agency work is defined in section 1 of that Act and residential property is defined in section 23C. Comes into force 1 October 2008.
