New rateable values for non-domestic rents will be effective on 1 April 2010, based on rental values on 1st April 2008. This report analyses rental trends in the sectors of office, retail, industry from April 2003 to April 2008. It also projects the expected rent rates from 1 April 2010 for those renting major commercial properties in key places.
