Presents findings of a monthly survey of the activity and intentions of over 200 UK commercial property developers. Almost a third of respondents reported a month on month fall in activity, and only 12 % reported a rise, thereby bringing the balance of the survey to its most negative level since it began in 2003. Finds developers uncertain about the prospects for the UK economy, partly as a result of the ongoing credit squeeze and weaker market demand.
