In conjunction with the RICS review of its Guidance note on Dilapidations (L144096) the PLA has reviewed the protocol and made several changes to terminology, with the express intention of preventing exaggerated claims being made by landlords, so as to allow for sensible negotiations and early settlement of claims. Supersedes E135069.
