Makes changes to the rules that make detailed provision for land registration in England and Wales under powers contained in the Land Registration Act 2002. Comes into force on 10 November 2008. Paragraph 40 of Schedule 1 (new rule 111) shall come into force on the day that section 869 of the Companies Act 2006(4) comes into force.
