Study was commissioned to update an earlier study that examined the number of planning obligation agreements entered into in England in 2003-04 and estimated their value. This study covers the years 2005-06 and uses the same methodology as the earlier study to allow comparison of figures and identification of the drivers of change. Although published by the Department for Communities and Local Government, this report is meant to be seen as indicative of the views of the authors (as opposed to government opinion).
