Finds that UK house prices rose by 0.6% from June 2007. The mix-adjusted house price was £215 029, down from from £218 151. UK house prices fell by 1.1% in the quarter ending June 2008, compared with a fall of 0.1% in the quarter ending March 2008. By country annual house price growth was highest in Scotland (+5.7%) and lowest in Northern Ireland (-9.4%). Annual house prices fell by 1% in Wales, and rose by 0.5% in England.
