Finds that new letting instructions rose at the fastest rate ever recorded in this quarter, building on the solid increases seen during the last quarter. Tenant demand also increased at the fastest rate seen since the inception of the survey. Rents continued to increase which had the effect of driving gross yields. Landlord sales at conclusion of lease fell to 2.1%, the lowest figure since recording began in 2003.
