The Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 [electronic resource]

These Regulations amend the Housing Grants (Application Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2003 in relation to the application forms for improvement grant not relating to works for a disabled occupant, for improvement grant relating to works for a disabled occupant, for repairs grant and for grant for a means of escape from fire in a house in multiple occupation. The amendments add income related employment and support allowance and contributory employment and support allowance to the lists of benefits in various parts of the forms (regulations 2 to 6). Comes into force 27 October 2008.
