Finds a discrepancy between new tenant instructions and tenant demand for rental property. Tenant demand is still rising, but not at the rates seen in the second quarter 2008. Rents have fallen for the first time since 2003 and rental expectations have fallen to the lowest level on record. Gross yields continue to rise, as falls in rental value are being outpaced by falls in house prices.
