Surveys the UK's leading investor attitudes towards sustainable commercial property investment, and how those attitudes have changed since 2007. Reports that most investors take sustainability into account when trading properties, although more so in assessing potential purchase rather than sales. Finds little evidence that green leases are actually being implemented. Concludes that sustainability is now a major concern for commercial property occupiers, and will continue to increase in importance.
