The Private Landlord Registration (Advice and Assistance) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 [electronic resource] - Edinburgh Scottish Government 2008 - Scottish Statutory Instrument 2008: 402 .

Comes into force on 12 February 2009. The Regulations amend the Private Landlord Registration (Advice and Assistance) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 to allow for general advice to be provided by the local authority to tenants and potential tenants, in addition to provisions made previously in relation to the registration of private landlords under Part 8 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004.
