QBD 20 October 1992. Dwelling-house extension - built in excess of planning permission - significant difference not de minimus - consideration of Pehrsson and Top Deck Holdings - imposition of condition - should Inspector have considered this where no such condition has been canvassed - PPG2 paragraph 16 created an exception to the general rule laid down in Top Deck but in this case the Inspector had no obligation to consider the imposition of a condition.
