In accordance with the new section 319A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Town and Country Planning (Determination of Appeal Procedure) (Prescribed Period) (England) Regulations 2009 set out the prescribed period for the Secretary of State to determine the procedure for specified appeals. Comes into force 6 April 2009.
