Reports that national take-up has fallen, with H2 2008 down 17% on H1 2008 at 1.7m sq ft: take-up fell in all regions, apart from the North West and Yorkshire, Humber and the North East, which stayed the same. National availability has risen by 9% over the last six months, and average business park rents are expected to fall by 9% in 2009 and 5.5% in 2010.
