Predicts that prices will remain under pressure in 2009, with mature liquid markets such as the UK and Germany being more able to adapt to changes. In 2008, investors concentrated on these markets, with around half of total investment being focussed on the UK and Germany, which offer large amounts of high quality stock in good locations with good occupancy levels. The logistics occupier market held up in 2008, however the recession is predicted to take a toll on occupier markets in 2009.
